Demolition NCC Construction, Inc. is a site development and demolition contractor specializing in selective and total demolition of industrial, commercial and residential sites. Through our in-house affiliate company, we can provide services associated with demolition including asbestos survey, asbestos abatement, lead and mold remediation services. Ft Myers housing authority- 54.5 acres with 350 2-story apartment buildings being demolished, utilities capped, roads, sidewalks, ball field, pool removed and grading of property, crushed concrete material on site.Tampa Ehrlich Rd - demolition of house and garage and clearing of 7 acres of land. Removal of asphalt and concrete parking area Tampa Lynn Rd - demolition of house and removal of pool, clearing of trees on property. Tampa Busch Gardens area- demolition of old Don Pablo's restaurant, Removal of asphalt parking area and storm drains. Downtown Tampa - full city block (Zack, Franklin, Twiggs & Tampa road) Old Maas brothers building and retail shops, two 9 story buildings and two 2 story retail shops for complete demolition. Tampa - 17 acres on White Trout Lake, project-included demolition of 11 homes and septic tanks. Clearing of land, removing three docks and cleaning 800 feet of lakefront. Tampa - old HomeLife Furniture store at Dale Mabry and Hillsborough Avenue, selective demolition of 40,000 square feet consisting of partitioned walls, drop ceilings, electrical and flooring. Clearwater Beach - Sunwest condominiums - project included the installation of retention ponds, storm drains, and sidewalks. Tampa - Cherry Street - project consisted of demolition of 2,500 square foot house and three metal buildings on one-acre property. Madeira beach - Bella Capri - grading and placement of crushed shell for driveway of welcome center. St. Petersburg Beach - Villa Cesar - grading and placement of crushed shell for driveway of welcome center. Tampa - 5.5 acres on Lake Carroll - demolition of 2,500 square foot home, 2 car garage, clearing of trees and grading of property. |
